Set up in a few steps

1. On your computer, open gemini.google.com, then Settings & help, then Connected Apps.
2. Under Custom apps for Spark, choose Add a custom app.
3. Enter your freddy MCP URL and click Next. freddy registers itself, so you should not need to enter anything under Advanced features.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection, then confirm Polar is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Gemini about your Polar data. Gemini asks you to confirm anything that writes, like starting a sync.
