Terms of Service

Effective May 15, 2026

1Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Freddy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2Description of service

Freddy is a personal MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that connects your health data sources to AI assistants. The Service syncs health data from providers you connect — such as Polar, Oura, WHOOP, Withings, Dexcom, Intervals.icu, Hevy, Suunto, Strava, Concept2, and Garmin — and makes it available through a personal MCP endpoint that you can use with any compatible AI client.

Freddy does not perform AI processing on your data. It stores and serves your health metrics. You choose which AI client to connect to your MCP endpoint, and that client accesses your data at your direction.

3User accounts

You create an account by verifying your email address via a 6-digit sign-in code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MCP token URL. You represent that you are at least 18 years old; the Service is not intended for and not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly accept accounts from minors.

Anyone with your MCP URL can query your health data. Do not share it publicly.

4Connecting data sources

When you connect a health data source, you authorize Freddy to access and sync data from that provider on your behalf. By connecting a provider, you acknowledge that:

If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut, your "consumer health data" is additionally subject to our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may disconnect a provider at any time. When you disconnect, all data synced from that provider is permanently deleted from Freddy's servers.

5Data ownership

You own your health data. Freddy stores a copy of the data synced from your connected providers to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership over your data. You can disconnect individual providers or request full account deletion at any time.

6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7Third-party providers

Health data displayed through Freddy is sourced from third-party providers. Each provider's data is identified by its source. Freddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any connected provider. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8Service availability

Freddy is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Data availability depends on the uptime and API access of each connected provider. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9Medical disclaimer

Freddy is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Health data from wearables and connected devices is for informational purposes only. Do not make medical decisions based on data from the Service. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

10Data location and your consent to international transfer

Freddy is operated by reThrive Labs LLC and runs on infrastructure located in the United States. By creating an account, you give your explicit informed consent to the storage and processing of your data — including health data classified as special-category personal data under UK GDPR and EU GDPR — in the United States. The full disclosures regarding US data protection law are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, which permanently deletes all of your data from our systems.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply (including UK and EU consumer protection laws for users resident there), nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under those laws.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reThrive Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in health data, interruptions in data syncing, or actions taken based on information provided through the Service.
