What's New

Garmin is here

  • Connect your Garmin account and freddy reads your sleep, training, heart rate, stress, and recovery, right inside any AI chat.
  • New Garmin data syncs automatically as your device updates.

freddy on the command line

  • You can now use freddy straight from your terminal. Sign in once, connect your wearables, and pull your health data with a single command.
  • It is built for AI agents too. Point your assistant at freddy and it can keep your data flowing and act as your coach or trainer, with no setup work on your side.

Your full Polar history

  • Polar now pulls years of your past data, not just what arrives after you connect.
  • Open your dashboard and reconnect Polar to import your full sleep, training, recovery, and heart rate history.

More stable wearable connections

  • Fixed a bug that could disconnect a wearable and ask you to reconnect more often than it should.

Wahoo and Concept2 are now generally available

  • Wahoo (ELEMNT, TICKR, KICKR, RIVAL) is out of beta and open to all accounts. No waitlist needed.
  • Concept2 Logbook (rowing, SkiErg, BikeErg) is out of beta and open to all accounts.
  • Freddy has a new look. New logo across the app, emails, and website.
  • Introducing BELIEVER, a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks every PRO feature with no annual renewal.

New integration: Ultrahuman (private beta)

  • Connect your Ultrahuman Ring AIR or M1 CGM to bring your recovery, HRV, glucose, and metabolic data into Freddy.
  • Available in private beta. Reach out if you'd like early access.

Data from multiple devices is no longer overwritten

  • If you have more than one device on the same account, such as a watch and a sleep monitor, each night's data from every device is now kept separately instead of one replacing another.
  • You can now ask about a specific device by name.

Intervals.icu activities now use the correct timestamp

  • Activities synced from Intervals.icu previously stored a wrong timestamp, which could cause them to show up at the wrong time of day on the dashboard or be missing from query results that look at "recent" data.
  • New activities are stored correctly from now on. To clean up older ones, disconnect and reconnect the integration.

Withings sleep data fixes

  • Withings sleep now reports its full deep, light, and REM breakdown, matching what you see in the Withings app.
  • Body temperature from ScanWatch 2 now syncs.

Garmin, Wahoo, and Concept2 in beta, plus easier sign-in

  • Garmin (beta) — sleep, HRV, stress, body battery, activity, and recovery, with women's health data if enabled in Garmin Connect.
  • Wahoo Cloud (beta) — ELEMNT, TICKR, KICKR, and RIVAL activities sync automatically.
  • Concept2 Logbook (beta) — rowing, SkiErg, and BikeErg workouts.
  • Sign-in now uses a 6-digit code instead of a magic link, so it works when the email opens in a different browser than the one you're signing into.
  • Claude can now ask about specific date ranges in your history — useful for "how was my training in Q1 2024" or year-over-year comparisons.
  • Freddy now pauses inside Claude if our Terms have changed since you signed up. Open the dashboard and accept to continue.

Faster data on connect, and Claude knows when a sync is in progress

  • When you connect a new wearable, your recent data is now usable within minutes. Full history backfills in the background — no waiting.
  • Claude now tells you when data is still syncing instead of returning "no data found" mid-backfill.

Sign in to Freddy from headless agents

  • Agents like OpenClaw, Claude Code, and Cursor can now sign in to Freddy via a device code — your agent shows a short code, you paste it into Freddy once, and the agent is connected to your wearable data.
  • Same flow works for any MCP client that runs outside a browser.

New help center

  • Freddy now has a help center at freddy.coach/help with setup guides for each wearable and AI client.

Suunto out of beta, plus Oura profile data

  • Suunto is now available to everyone, no waitlist.
  • Oura profile data (age, weight, height, sex) is now queryable by your AI, so it can answer questions like "what's my max heart rate based on age?"

In-app support chat, Notion AI, and a sync polling fix

  • New "Help" tab to message us from inside Freddy. Replies come back in-app and via email.
  • Notion AI Custom Agents can now connect to Freddy (Business and Enterprise plans).
  • Sync progress now keeps updating after switching browser tabs.

OAuth sign-in and guided AI setup

  • ChatGPT and any other MCP client that supports OAuth can now sign in to Freddy with a standard authorize screen, no token pasting.
  • New "Connected apps" panel shows every app you've authorized with a one-click Revoke.
  • The dashboard now opens with a 3-step setup checklist and tabbed guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other clients.

Recent activity panel

  • New "Recent activity" panel on the dashboard shows recent calls to your MCP URL — when, which tool, and where the request came from.
  • Helps you spot unauthorized use. Rotate your MCP token from Settings if anything looks off.
  • Full audit log available as a CSV export.

Hevy out of beta

  • Hevy is now available to everyone, no waitlist.

Suunto (beta) and email preferences

  • Suunto integration in beta: workouts, sleep, recovery, and 24/7 health data. Request access on the Suunto tile.
  • New "Email me about Freddy" toggle in Settings to control product update emails. Transactional emails always send.

Email alerts when a connection breaks

  • If your wearable's authorization expires or is revoked, you'll get an email with a one-click reconnect link. No more silent gaps in your data.

Hevy integration (beta)

  • Connect Hevy to bring strength workouts into Freddy, with full per-set detail.
  • Available in beta. Click "Request access" on the Hevy tile to join the waitlist.

Browse beta integrations and request new ones

  • Beta integrations are now visible to everyone in the connections list. Click "Request access" to join the waitlist.
  • New "Missing something?" row lets you suggest any wearable, scale, or health app you'd like Freddy to support.

Intervals.icu integration

  • Connect Intervals.icu to bring training analytics, wellness data, and activity history into Freddy.
  • New rides, runs, and uploads sync in automatically.

Oura Ring out of beta

  • Oura Ring is now available to everyone, no waitlist.

More wearables, and the PRO plan

  • Oura, Withings, WHOOP, and Dexcom now supported (WHOOP and Dexcom in beta).
  • Upgrade to PRO for unlimited connections and full data history.
  • Dashboard and website now mobile-friendly.

Freddy is live

  • Connect your Polar watch and get a personal MCP URL for Claude.
  • Ask Claude about your sleep, workouts, recovery, and training data in any conversation.
  • Passwordless sign-in. Dashboard to manage your connection.
