Connect Runalyze to ChatGPT
Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.
What you can do with Runalyze data in ChatGPT

Set up in a few steps
- In ChatGPT, open the app directory: select Apps in the sidebar, or go to chatgpt.com/apps.
- Search for freddy, open it, and select Connect.
- On the freddy authorization page that opens, sign in and click Approve on the Read your health data permission.
- Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
- In a chat, turn freddy on from the + menu (or type @freddy) and ask about your Runalyze data.
