Connect Runalyze to Claude Desktop

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

On the free plan, Claude allows one custom connector.

• Have Claude Desktop summarize your Runalyze workouts over the last month
• Ask Claude Desktop how your Runalyze distance lined up with your sleep
• Ask Claude Desktop why your Runalyze pace changed this week
• Have Claude Desktop summarize your Runalyze heart rate over the last month

Set up in a few steps

1. Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings then Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.
3. Paste your freddy MCP URL into the URL field.
4. Confirm Runalyze appears in your connected wearables on the freddy dashboard.
5. Start a new conversation and ask Claude about your Runalyze data.
