Connect Runalyze to Gemini

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

Gemini's custom apps need Gemini Spark, which comes with Google AI Pro or Ultra, and are US and English only.

Set up in a few steps

1. On your computer, open gemini.google.com, then Settings & help, then Connected Apps.
2. Under Custom apps for Spark, choose Add a custom app.
3. Enter your freddy MCP URL and click Next. freddy registers itself, so you should not need to enter anything under Advanced features.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection, then confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Gemini about your Runalyze data. Gemini asks you to confirm anything that writes, like starting a sync.
