Connect Runalyze to Grok

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

On Grok Business or Enterprise, a team admin adds the connector in the xAI console first.

What you can do with Runalyze data in Grok

• Ask Grok what changed in your Runalyze heart rate this week
• Have Grok summarize your Runalyze sleep in plain language
• Ask Grok what changed in your Runalyze HRV this week
• Have Grok summarize your Runalyze weight in plain language
• Ask Grok what changed in your Runalyze body fat this week

Set up in a few steps

1. Open grok.com/connectors in your browser.
2. Select New Connector, then choose Custom.
3. Paste your freddy MCP URL as the MCP server URL and save.
4. Complete the authorization when Grok redirects to freddy.
5. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard, then ask Grok about your Runalyze data.
