Connect Runalyze to Perplexity

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

Custom connectors require Perplexity Pro, Max, or Enterprise.

• Ask Perplexity to compare your Runalyze heart rate to typical ranges, with sources
• Have Perplexity research what affects your Runalyze sleep
• Ask Perplexity to compare your Runalyze HRV to typical ranges, with sources

• Ask Perplexity to compare your Runalyze body fat to typical ranges, with sources

Set up in a few steps

1. Open Perplexity and go to Settings then Connectors.
2. Add a custom MCP connector.
3. Paste your freddy MCP URL.
4. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Perplexity about your Runalyze data.
