Set up in a few steps

1. Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings then Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector.

4. Confirm Ultrahuman appears in your connected wearables on the freddy dashboard.
5. Start a new conversation and ask Claude about your Ultrahuman data.
