What's new in freddy: official Claude connector and steadier source updates

freddy is now an official Claude connector, Intervals.icu updates are more reliable, and Ultrahuman sign-in works again.

Updated

On this page

A warm welcome to the 735 new members who joined freddy last week. Week 41 gives freddy an official home in Claude's connector directory. It also includes a reliability improvement for Intervals.icu and an Ultrahuman sign-in fix.

In short

  • freddy is now an official Claude connector. Find it in Claude's connector directory and add it directly.
  • Intervals.icu updates now keep unfetched days available for a later sync.
  • Catch-up: Ultrahuman sign-in works again with a fresh Access Code from the Ultrahuman app.
  • Use case of the week: switch your AI while keeping your health history in freddy.
  • Privacy notice: freddy plans to add OpenAI and Anysphere to its subprocessor list before either service receives personal data.

freddy is now in Claude's connector directory

You can add freddy from Claude's connector directory instead of setting it up as a custom connector. Connect your freddy account once, then use the same health and performance context in any Claude conversation.

The connector remains permission-based. Claude receives data only when you connect your freddy account and use the connector. You can disconnect it again from Claude or freddy.

More reliable Intervals.icu updates

A small Intervals.icu update does not always need to fetch every kind of data. The update path now keeps days it did not fetch available for a later sync instead of treating them as already covered.

The result is a steadier path for collecting anything that a narrow update did not request. There is nothing new to configure.

Catch-up: Ultrahuman sign-in works again

If the connection asks for a six-character code, create a fresh one in the Ultrahuman app under Profile, then Access Code. freddy now shows this path before you connect.

Use case of the week

Been using ChatGPT to review your training and want to try Claude? Add freddy in Claude and sign in to the same freddy account. Your sources stay connected, and Claude can query the history already stored in freddy. Your chat history does not transfer between AIs, so bring your goals, schedule and preferences into the new conversation. If you have workout, sleep or recovery data from the last seven days, try:

Use freddy to pick up my training context. Summarize my workouts, sleep and recovery from the last seven days, and flag missing data. My goal is [goal], and I can train on [days]. Ask what else you need to help me plan the week ahead.

Try the same question in both AIs, compare their approaches, or continue with the one you prefer. Your freddy setup stays in place.

Subprocessor notice

freddy plans to add OpenAI and Anysphere, the company behind Cursor and Grok Bot, to its subprocessor list. Before either service receives personal data, the privacy policy will state the purpose and the data involved.

This notice does not change current processing and does not require any action today.
