Connect freddy to Hark

Updated

On this page

Hark is a personal assistant app for the web, iPhone and Android. Hark has not published steps for adding your own MCP server. If your account lets you add a custom MCP server, this page shows what to enter.

Before you start

You need a Hark account, a freddy account and at least one connected source. See Choose and connect a data source.

1. Find where to add an MCP server

Open Hark's settings and look for a place to add an MCP server or custom connector. If you do not see one, Hark does not offer it for your account yet. In that case freddy cannot be added to Hark today. Use freddy with Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot, Muse or another agent in the meantime. We will update this page when Hark publishes steps.

2. Add freddy

Add a new server with these details:

  • Name: freddy
  • URL: https://freddy.coach/mcp

If Hark opens freddy's authorization page, sign in with your freddy email code if needed, review any required Terms, Privacy and Consumer Health Data consent, and approve.

3. Ask about your data

Ask Hark: “What data is available in my freddy account?” Then try “How did I sleep last night?”

Manage access

Remove the server in Hark. Then revoke the grant in freddy under Connected AI.

If setup does not work

Check that the URL is exactly https://freddy.coach/mcp. Do not paste a key or email code into a chat. If it still fails, contact freddy support with the error text, without sending a code or token.
