Does your bedroom air wreck your sleep?
Line up your bedroom CO2, humidity and temperature with how well you slept, night after night, to find the environmental thing quietly costing you sleep.

See your overnight air and your sleep
Your air monitor records the bedroom through the night; your ring or watch records how you slept. First, confirm both are flowing and pick a stretch of nights to look at.
Run list_metrics. Confirm I have bedroom air readings (CO2, humidity, temperature, and anything else like VOCs or particulates) and a nightly sleep score or sleep stages. Show me the date range where they overlap.

Correlate air with sleep quality
Now let the assistant line up each night's overnight air against that night's sleep.
For the last 30 nights, take my overnight bedroom readings (roughly the hours I was asleep) and compare them to that night's sleep score, deep sleep, and number of awakenings. Which environmental factor lines up most with my worse nights: high CO2, high or low temperature, high humidity, or something else? Rank them and tell me how strong each link looks.
Test a change
Found a likely culprit? Change one thing, then check back in a week or two.
For the next 10 nights I am going to change one thing in my bedroom (for example crack a window, lower the thermostat, or run a dehumidifier). Afterwards, compare those nights to the 10 before on the same air and sleep measures, and tell me whether it actually helped.
What you'll see
A typical result: your worst sleep scores cluster on the nights your bedroom CO2 climbed highest, with temperature a secondary factor and humidity showing little link. Your own home will differ.
The example is illustrative, not from a real night.
Good to know
This is correlation, not proof. A link between stuffy air and poor sleep is a strong hint, not certainty. The test-a-change step is what turns a hunch into something you can trust.
You need enough nights. A week is rarely enough to see a pattern; three to four weeks is better.
Align the overnight window. Whole-day air averages hide the hours that matter, so ask the assistant to use roughly your sleep hours, not the 24-hour average.
