Concept2 logs your rowing, ski, and bike erg workouts with distance, pace, and stroke rate.

1. On your computer, open gemini.google.com, then Settings & help, then Connected Apps.
2. Under Custom apps for Spark, choose Add a custom app.
3. Enter your freddy MCP URL and click Next. freddy registers itself, so you should not need to enter anything under Advanced features.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize the connection, then confirm Concept2 is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Gemini about your Concept2 data. Gemini asks you to confirm anything that writes, like starting a sync.
