Updated

+

Garmin Connect tracks sleep, stress, Body Battery, HRV, steps, and detailed training load across runs, rides, and strength work.

Experimental. Hark does not document a way to add your own MCP server yet, so this may not work today.

What you can do with Garmin data in Hark

  • Ask Hark about your Garmin sleep
  • Have Hark summarize your Garmin HRV
  • Ask Hark about your Garmin stress
  • Have Hark summarize your Garmin body battery
  • Ask Hark about your Garmin training load

Set up in a few steps

See the full Hark guide

  1. Look in Hark's settings for a place to add an MCP server. If it is not there, freddy cannot be added to Hark yet.
  2. If you find it, add a server named freddy with the URL https://freddy.coach/mcp, and sign in with OAuth if Hark offers it.
  3. If Hark only accepts a key, use your direct URL and MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy instead.
  4. Confirm Garmin is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Ask Hark about your Garmin data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hark.
