Updated

+

Lyfta logs your strength training: every workout, set, and total volume, plus your best lift and estimated one-rep max for each exercise.

Experimental. Instinct is invite only and does not publish steps for adding your own MCP server.

What you can do with Lyfta data in Instinct

  • Text Instinct to ask about your Lyfta workouts
  • Ask Instinct how your Lyfta reps changed this week
  • Text Instinct to ask about your Lyfta volume
  • Ask Instinct how your Lyfta weight changed this week

Set up in a few steps

See the full Instinct guide

  1. Look for MCP connections in your Instinct settings. If you do not see them, Instinct does not offer them for your account yet.
  2. Copy your direct URL and your MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy. The key gives full access to your freddy account, so treat it like a password.
  3. Add a new MCP connection named freddy with your direct URL, and send your MCP key as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
  4. Confirm Lyfta is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Text Instinct and ask about your Lyfta data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instinct.
