Set up in a few steps

Open freddy in ChatGPT

1. Open the freddy app page in ChatGPT's app directory.
2. Select Connect.
3. Sign in to freddy and approve access.
4. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. In any chat, type @freddy or pick freddy from the + menu, then ask about your Runalyze data.
