Connect Runalyze to Claude Desktop

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

On Claude Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds freddy for the organization first.

• Ask Claude Desktop how your Runalyze distance lined up with your sleep

• Have Claude Desktop summarize your Runalyze heart rate over the last month

Set up in a few steps

Open freddy in Claude

1. Open the freddy page in Claude's connector directory.
2. Select Connect to Claude.
3. Sign in to freddy and approve access.
4. Confirm Runalyze appears in your connected wearables on the freddy dashboard.
5. Start a new conversation and ask Claude about your Runalyze data.
