Connect Runalyze to Cursor

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

What you can do with Runalyze data in Cursor

• Have Cursor write a script that charts your Runalyze body fat
• Ask Cursor to graph your Runalyze blood pressure over the last month
• Have Cursor write a script that charts your Runalyze workouts

Set up in a few steps

1. Open or create ~/.cursor/mcp.json (Settings, then Tools and MCP, then New MCP Server opens it).
2. Add a freddy entry under mcpServers with your freddy MCP URL as the url field.
3. Save; Cursor loads freddy and lists its tools under Tools and MCP.
4. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Cursor about your Runalyze data.
