Connect Runalyze to Hermes Agent

Runalyze digs deep into your running and endurance training, and keeps your sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and body measurements right alongside it. To connect it, you'll need a Runalyze Supporter or Premium account.

What you can do with Runalyze data in Hermes Agent

• Have your Hermes Agent pull your Runalyze HRV into a daily briefing
• Ask Hermes Agent to check your Runalyze weight on a schedule
• Have your Hermes Agent pull your Runalyze body fat into a daily briefing
• Ask Hermes Agent to check your Runalyze blood pressure on a schedule
• Have your Hermes Agent pull your Runalyze workouts into a daily briefing

Set up in a few steps

1. Open ~/.hermes/config.yaml and add a freddy entry under mcp_servers with url https://freddy.coach/mcp and auth oauth.
2. In a fresh terminal, run hermes mcp login freddy, then sign in to freddy and approve access.
3. In a running Hermes session, type /reload-mcp.
4. Confirm Runalyze is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Ask Hermes about your Runalyze data.
