The Ultrahuman Ring AIR measures sleep stages, HRV, recovery, resting heart rate, skin temperature, and VO2 max with no subscription, and the M1 biosensor adds continuous glucose.

Gemini CLI is a developer command-line tool, not the consumer Gemini app. The app connects separately and needs Gemini Spark.

What you can do with Ultrahuman data in Gemini CLI

  • Have the Gemini CLI pull your Ultrahuman HRV into a shell workflow
  • Ask Gemini CLI about your Ultrahuman recovery from your terminal
  • Have the Gemini CLI pull your Ultrahuman heart rate into a shell workflow
  • Ask Gemini CLI about your Ultrahuman temperature from your terminal
  • Have the Gemini CLI pull your Ultrahuman glucose into a shell workflow

Set up in a few steps

  1. Install the Gemini CLI, then run: gemini mcp add --transport http freddy with your freddy MCP URL.
  2. This writes a freddy entry to ~/.gemini/settings.json using the httpUrl field.
  3. Restart the Gemini CLI; the freddy tools become available.
  4. Confirm Ultrahuman is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Ask the Gemini CLI about your Ultrahuman data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Gemini CLI.
