The Ultrahuman Ring AIR measures sleep stages, HRV, recovery, resting heart rate, skin temperature, and VO2 max with no subscription, and the M1 biosensor adds continuous glucose.

Experimental. Instinct is invite only and does not publish steps for adding your own MCP server.

What you can do with Ultrahuman data in Instinct

  • Text Instinct to ask about your Ultrahuman glucose
  • Ask Instinct how your Ultrahuman sleep changed this week
  • Text Instinct to ask about your Ultrahuman HRV
  • Ask Instinct how your Ultrahuman recovery changed this week
  • Text Instinct to ask about your Ultrahuman heart rate

Set up in a few steps

See the full Instinct guide

  1. Look for MCP connections in your Instinct settings. If you do not see them, Instinct does not offer them for your account yet.
  2. Copy your direct URL and your MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy. The key gives full access to your freddy account, so treat it like a password.
  3. Add a new MCP connection named freddy with your direct URL, and send your MCP key as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
  4. Confirm Ultrahuman is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Text Instinct and ask about your Ultrahuman data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instinct.
