1. Open a chat with your Grok Bot and ask it to add a custom MCP server named freddy at https://freddy.coach/mcp.
2. When your Bot asks you to confirm, check that the URL reads https://freddy.coach/mcp, then confirm.
3. Follow the authorization step: sign in to freddy on its own page and approve your Bot's access.
4. Confirm Airthings is connected on the freddy dashboard.
5. Mention freddy in a chat and ask your Bot about your Airthings data.
