Connect Amazfit through Zepp to bring sleep, HRV, heart rate, steps, workouts, and body composition into freddy.

Experimental. Instinct is invite only and does not publish steps for adding your own MCP server.

What you can do with Amazfit data in Instinct

  • Text Instinct to ask about your Amazfit sleep
  • Ask Instinct how your Amazfit HRV changed this week
  • Text Instinct to ask about your Amazfit heart rate
  • Ask Instinct how your Amazfit steps changed this week
  • Text Instinct to ask about your Amazfit workouts

Set up in a few steps

See the full Instinct guide

  1. Look for MCP connections in your Instinct settings. If you do not see them, Instinct does not offer them for your account yet.
  2. Copy your direct URL and your MCP key from the AI apps page in freddy. The key gives full access to your freddy account, so treat it like a password.
  3. Add a new MCP connection named freddy with your direct URL, and send your MCP key as a bearer token in the Authorization header.
  4. Confirm Amazfit is connected on the freddy dashboard.
  5. Text Instinct and ask about your Amazfit data.

freddy is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instinct.
