Delete your account

You can permanently delete your freddy account and everything freddy holds for you, at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, freddy permanently removes:

• your account record (your email and profile),
• every connected data source and all of its stored health and training metrics,
• your personal MCP URL and its token,
• your request audit log.

If you want a copy of your data, export it before you delete -- open Settings on your dashboard and use the export option there.

Delete from the freddy app (iOS and Android)

1. Open the freddy app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account and confirm.

You are signed out the moment your account is removed.

Delete from the dashboard (web)

1. Sign in at freddy.coach.
2. Open Settings.
3. In the Delete account section, type DELETE to confirm, then select Delete account.

Delete by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@freddy.coach from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account and all associated data.
