Believer is $249, once. You keep every Pro feature for life, including the connectors we haven't shipped yet. There's no recurring charge, and it's sold on the website only.

Pro is a yearly subscription that renews until you cancel. Cancel where you bought it: in your freddy settings for a website purchase, or in your App Store or Google Play account for a purchase in the app. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for. After that your account moves to Free, and your history stays with freddy. Upgrade again to see all of it.

Believer is a single payment. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Refunds: for a website purchase, email [email protected]. For an App Store or Google Play purchase, Apple's or Google's own refund policy applies.

Price lock: if the Pro price changes, a website subscription keeps the price you signed up at for as long as it keeps renewing. If you cancel and then subscribe again, the price at that time applies, even before your paid year ends. In the App Store and Google Play, the store's own rules apply.

Want to leave for good? Delete your account. Your health data is deleted when you choose to.

If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your freddy account doesn't cancel that subscription. Cancel it in the store first.

• freddy computes no scores. It passes your data to your AI labeled by source, and your AI does the analysis.
• freddy isn't a coach.
• freddy can't change your accounts at your sources or push workouts to your devices.

When your AI asks for a daily, weekly or monthly summary, freddy works it out from your stored readings at that moment and labels each figure as computed by freddy. It stores none of them.
