How sources connect
Some sources connect directly with a sign-in, like Garmin. Many more arrive through Apple Health or Health Connect, with the freddy app on your iPhone or Android phone.
What each source shares depends on the provider, the device and the permissions you give. Apps that work through your phone and how to choose a source have the details.
What freddy passes to your AI
freddy computes no scores. It passes your data to your AI labeled by source, and your AI does the analysis.
When your AI asks for a daily, weekly or monthly summary, freddy works it out from your stored readings at that moment and labels each figure as computed by freddy. It stores none of them.
How much history
- Garmin shares up to the last 31 days with a connected app. For older history, import a Garmin export.
- Free shows the last 7 days. Pro shows your full history. See pricing.
Something missing? Sync and missing data.
