A warm welcome to the 3,299 new members who joined freddy last week. Here’s what changed:

In short

  • Web account settings and navigation in more languages.
  • Clearer guided setup for sources and AI connections.
  • Search and topic browsing in the help center.
  • More reliable Hevy workout history.
  • More complete Garmin summaries when activity types overlap.
  • Various bugs and rough edges squashed across connections, imports and setup.

Web settings in more languages

Account settings and navigation on the web now support German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish and Simplified Chinese, alongside English. Choose a language in Settings or follow your browser’s language.

This covers account controls and navigation. Source setup, data views, support, emails and help articles remain in English.

The translated controls include language selection, account and billing settings, notifications, logged-in devices, data exports and account deletion. Your choice is saved to your account. These translations apply to the signed-in web controls described here, rather than the whole product.

Guided web setup

Adding a source on the web now follows a focused flow with the relevant connection steps and a way to return to unfinished setup. AI connections also have step-by-step guidance.

Completed setup no longer leaves a recurring completion notice on Overview.

Source and AI setup now keep their connection steps together, and unfinished source setup stays reachable when you return.

Find help by source or topic

The help center now has article search, topic navigation and direct starting points for connecting a source, connecting an AI client or finding missing data. You can look for the guide you need without scanning the full article list.

Search is useful when you know the source name or the problem. Topic browsing gives you another route when you are still working out which guide applies. The existing guides remain available from their direct links.

More reliable Hevy history

Hevy history imports now work through your saved workout list, including older sessions that could be missed. Later edits and deletions are also reconciled with your Hevy log.

Hevy requires a Hevy Pro subscription for its connection.

More complete Garmin activity summaries

When Garmin reports different activity types for the same period, freddy now combines their detail instead of letting one type replace another. The fix applies to newly received activity summaries.

Various bugs and rough edges squashed

A round of smaller fixes landed across source connections, history imports and setup. They make everyday flows more reliable without changing how you use freddy.
